Terms of Sale

  • Small quantities of all items are generally in stock for immediate shipment.
  • Purchase orders upon completed credit check.
  • We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If the product does not meet your requirements, return it within 30 days from the invoice date (undamaged - in the original packing - with all accessories intact & freight prepaid) and cancel the Purchase Order or request a refund if the order has been prepaid.
  • Software can not be returned if opened.

Payment

  • Credit Cards - we accept VISA and Master Card.
  • Wire transfer
  • Payment in advance by check (USD, American Dollar). If by check then shipment will be delayed until check is cleared.
  • Purchase Orders - subject to basic commercial terms & conditions, purchase orders (with net 30 days payment) are accepted from:
    • recognized governments and their agencies
    • recognized international institutions and their agencies
    • other international firms and operations with acceptable credit

All orders are subject to acceptance by Masterclock, Inc. Purchase and credit orders are subject to approval of credit application.

Shipping

  • Can be charged to your freight account.
  • Freight charges can be prepaid / charged to your credit card.
  • Freight charges can be added to your purchase order invoice.
  • Carriers - UPS, Federal Express, DHL, Airborne and USPS.

Ordering


Credit Card

Call or Fax to place a credit card order. Have the following information when ordering.

  • Company name, address and telephone number.
  • Credit card number, name that appears on the card, the CVV/CVC/CSC code and the expiration date.
  • Order each product by model or part number, quantity and any options.

Insurance

  • Unless otherwise requested (see below), all shipments will be insured for the full value of the goods. The cost for such insurance must be prepaid, charged to a credit card or to the invoice if the credit has been established.
  • If goods are prepaid or if credit terms have been established then we will honor request to ship products without insurance. Such request must be incorporated in writing in the purchasing instructions and clearly state that the purchase is being made FCA our plant. Once the package has been shipped from our plant then the purchaser is fully responsible for damaged or lost merchandise.

Quotaions and Pro Forma

  • We would be pleased to prepare a quotation for your information and use. Let us know your needs or potential application and we will prepare a quotation showing a system and optional accessories
  • Quotations can be provided to show:
    • your cost FCA our plant
    • your cost CIF (cost, insurance & freight) your plan
    • total cost CIF plus applicable duties & taxes delivered to your plant
  • We will also provide pro-forma invoices
