...Extended Warranty





An extended warranty can be purchased on all Masterclock® hardware at the time of the original purchase. Extended warranties are not available for software. Any extended hardware warranties extend the standard Masterclock® 1 year warranty and are subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Warranty extension must be purchased at the time of the original order per the following schedule:

One year extension (total of two year warranty) - 3% of hardware cost

Two year extension (total of three year warranty) - 5% of hardware cost

Three year extension (total of four year warranty) - 7% of hardware cost

Four year extension (total of five year warranty) - 10% of hardware cost

2. Warranty extensions can be purchased for entire lot of hardware or for specific individual items.

3. All orders or claims for warranty repair must be requested with our standard RMA (Return Merchandise Procedure) form available on our web site or by request.
