Terms of Sale


  • Prices are net US dollars, FCA, our plant.
  • Small quantities of all items are generally in stock for immediate delivery.
  • We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of our products. If the product does not meet your requirements, return it within 30 days from the invoice date (undamaged - in the original packing - with all accessories intact & freight prepaid) and cancel the Purchase Order or request a refund if the order has been prepaid. Note that software can not be returned without the associated hardware.

  • Wire transfer - please request wire transfer information
  • Payment in advance by check (in US or other equivalent funds - if by check then shipment will be delayed until check is cleared)
  • Purchase Orders - subject to basic commercial terms & conditions, purchase orders (with net 30 days payment) are accepted from:
    • recognized governments and their agencies
    • recognized international institutions and their agencies
    • other international firms and operations with acceptable credit

Shipping


  • Freight charges can be prepaid and/or charged to credit cards or to invoice
  • Charged to your freight account
  • Carriers - DHL, Federal Express, UPS, Airborne, Postal Service or other carrier of your choice
  • Orders can be shipped to Customs Brokers or Forwarders


Duties and Taxes


  • Unless credit terms have been established, all duties & taxes must be prepaid prior to shipment or paid upon delivery. If credit terms have been established then duties and taxes can be added to invoice.
  • Duties and taxes can be also prepaid by wire transfer or billing to credit cards.
  • Check with customs, if returning items for repair, to work out shipping issues. Customs may charge duties again unless the proper paperwork is filled out and included when shipping the equipment.


Insurance


  • Unless otherwise requested (see below), all shipments will be insured for the full value of the goods. The cost for such insurance must be prepaid, charged to a credit card or to the invoice if the credit has been established.
  • If goods are prepaid or if credit terms have been established then we will honor request to ship products without insurance. Such request must be incorporated in writing in the purchasing instructions and clearly state that the purchase is being made FCA our plant. Once the package has been shipped from our plant then the purchaser is fully responsible for damaged or lost merchandise.


Quotations & Pro Forma


  • We would be pleased to prepare a quotation for your information and use. Let us know your needs or potential application and we will prepare a quotation showing a basic system and optional accessories.
  • Quotations can be provided to show:
    • your cost FCA our plant
    • your cost CIF (cost, insurance & freight) your plant
    • total cost CIF plus applicable duties & taxes delivered to your plant
      • We will also provide pro-forma invoices
