30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
We offer a 30-day Satisfaction Guarantee on all Masterclock products. All of our clocks and synchronized time keeping devices are thoroughly tested before they leave the factory to assure precise and worry-free performance.
If the product does not meet your expectations or requirements, you may return it within 30 days from the invoice date. Returned merchandise must be "like new," (undamaged, in the original packing, with all accessories intact, freight prepaid). Please follow our RMA policies and practices. You may cancel your purchase order or request a refund (if the order has been prepaid) after contacting our sales staff.
You may return no software without the associated hardware.
AFTER 30 DAYS ALL SALES ARE FINAL
