Dear Sir or Madam:
I began looking for a time sync company in January 2000. After looking
at several very well known companies, I found Master Clock Systems on
the Internet. The web page was laid out very well. I was surprised that
all of the prices were listed with no hidden cost involved.
I then proceeded by calling one of your representatives to describe
what our project consisted of. This conversation was not like most sales
calls though. Your representative was very knowledgeable in the topic.
He knew how to manage the project as cheaply as possible and still have
the initial goal reached. He was not in a hurry to end the conversation
until I was completely in agreement of what equipment was necessary.
For these reasons I knew that I had found our company for our time sync
project.
When the equipment arrived, we proceeded to install the individual components.
The antenna was installed in seconds and it immediately locked into
a signal. We brought the signal down three stories to the basement through
phone blocks. The card installed in the PC was a painless effort, both
hardware and software. The two display clocks were marked clearly so
that no mistakes could be made.
We then proceeded to sync the Motorola Centralink phone system. This
application, we found out, took a different format. At this point I
assumed we would run into problems. However, this was not the case,
the tech support team was friendly and helpful. The team went as far
as buying the phone equipment to make their product work with it. For
this, I felt that it was the best technical assistance I had ever received.
To this day whenever I call Master Clock Systems, their staff remains
the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever dealt with. They are
there to help in any way possible, for installing the equipment and
saving 50% of the total cost. This company is definitely setting the
pace for other companies to follow. Keep up the excellent work.
